Also please mention what do you want Refund / Exchange in bold. The management holds no responsibility for any parcel received without any identification.

Please ensure that the clothes we send are tried with utmost care that they do not in any way get stained or soiled.

We are unable to accept any responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in the post. You must ensure that your items are securely packaged, and obtain a proof of posting.

Should you wish to return an item we will be happy to exchange or refund it within 10 days. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item(s) are returned in a non-saleable condition or are damaged.

Our normal return period is 10 days from invoice date, we must receive any returned items within this time. We will take action on your parcel as soon as we receive the goods., and will then endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacements as quickly as possible.

Once we have received returned items, we will arrange to reimburse you. It may take up to 3 days from the date we receive the items for this to be done. We will only reimburse you to the card with which you paid.
